When you submit the listing review form we collect the details you provide: property address, your first selling attempt, timeline, your name, phone number, email address, preferred contact method, and any notes you add. We also record basic technical information such as the page you submitted from and marketing source parameters.

How we use it

We use this information to prepare your listing review and to contact you about your property. We do not sell your information.

Data retention and security

Submissions are stored in a secured database that is not publicly readable. Access is limited to Sebastian Rivera and authorized members of COA Team at eXp Realty. We retain inquiries only as long as needed for the request and applicable recordkeeping requirements.
